- We have to carry ID + anmeldung/proof of residence if we leave the house. If you don't have Anmeldung, carry any slip of paper that shows where you live and why
- Where can you go?
- To the job, to the doctor, to medical treatments, to donating blood, psycho- and physiotherapists (no massage), to the podiatrist (no cosmetic foot care).
- For shopping: for everyday necessities. As well as for a quiet retreat in churches, mosques, synagogues. For urgent appointments with authorities, courts, lawyers, bailiffs.
- What can you do?
- Sport and exercise in the fresh air - but only in pairs or with people from your own household . Take care of animals (in Brandenburg there is feed in hardware stores). Cultivate fields, cultivate garden areas.
- Accompany children for emergency care in schools and day care centers. Neighbors etc. and volunteers can take care of help for those in need.
- Who can you visit? Partner, the elderly, the sick or people with a handicap, separated children (with custody), terminally ill.
